I love your thoughts. Becoming an includer is powerful and so enabling. We are working on changing a culture of work, where people were pushed by intimidation for close to 30 years. Do you have a source for compassion coaching… never heard of it as a title , but have been praying for my next stage in life where God can use me best. I have BS with a major in social work from 1983 and recently received permission to test for my license in MD., took the test passed and then was denied license because my school while accredited was not on the “list” .I am aware God does not waste our experiences …. so I am searching. Currently I am social services director at a nursing rehab facility. Thank you for a well written thought. Twila
